Do you ship internationally? No. Currently, FlowHeaters ships exclusively within the United States to ensure the fastest delivery and best service for our domestic customers.

How much does shipping cost? Shipping is 100% Free on all orders across the USA. There are no surprise fees at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order? Most customers receive their water heater within 3–6 business days.

Handling time: 1–2 business days.
Transit time: 2–4 business days.

Can I track my order? Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress in real-time.

Orders & Returns

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item in its original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery.

How long do refunds take? Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. The funds will be back in your original payment account within 7 business days.

Can I cancel my order? If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at support@FlowHeaters.shop within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has entered the shipping phase, it cannot be canceled but can be returned.
